Update #24 - Happy Monday Everyone!

Last Friday we had the pleasure of conducting a live Q&A on Discord with Alex, Kevin and myself. On behalf of the Dune team, I wanted to let you all know that we had a great time chatting with everyone who could make it. We got some great questions and are really grateful to all who participated. We really value our Dune community and appreciate all of your support. We are looking forward to doing more of these in the near future as we strive to keep our promise to you that we will provide weekly updates.

For those who weren't able to make it on Friday, this post will be a brief summary of what was discussed. Many people had questions about the steps we are taking to move production forward.

Here's the latest:

- Our CEO, Alex, is currently in quarantine in Bali. He really wanted to be able to fly into China but there are still very intense travel restrictions and quarantine requirements in place, making going to and from China still very difficult.

- Alex and our engineer Kevin are in regular contact with our factories regarding production and are doing everything they can remotely to move our things forward. Right now, they are involved in negotiating the aluminum prices as well as renegotiating schedule times and contract terms.

- We will have a product road map coming soon! Kevin, our fantastic engineer has been working on designs for some great new products. We will release more details soon once we have completed production on the Dune Pro Case. That is our #1 priority.

- Everyone is of course anxious to know if we have an estimated delivery date. This, unfortunately, is still very difficult to determine given the challenges we are facing right now with this virus. Our main challenge is making sure that we have a member of our core team in place to oversee production and quality control. No one is more passionate about our products than we are, so to ensure that your invested money isn't wasted, it is imperative that we are there in person to inspect every mold and product before it leaves our factories. We want to make sure we deliver the most perfect product possible. We think you deserve that. Unfortunately, this cannot be done remotely so we will need to be a little more patient as we navigate these crazy times.

Again, we are really so grateful to all of you. Thank you for sticking with us and for supporting us. We really believe in our mission to provide the PC community with the best products on the market. Thank you your help in making that happen!

Sincerely,

Lindsay
